“What’s a PBID? Why Should You Care? Let’s Talk.”

We are kicking off a Property Business Improvement District (PBID) Formation Campaign—and this is your first chance to get involved.  If you are New to the idea of a Property Based Business Improvement District (PBID),  we’re inviting all North Area businesses from Watt & Roseville Road up to Watt & Silver Fern Street to the next North Watt Business Watch meeting.

Join us at the upcoming North Watt Business Watch meeting and learn how property and businesses like yours are teaming up to fund real, visible improvements, stronger civic connections, and more reach in the community/
Ask questions, give input, and get answers like:

What is a PBID?
Who pays for it?
What does it fund?
Why now?

We’ll cover it all—and why it could mean more foot traffic, visibility, and safety for your business.

Come learn. Ask questions. Get involved.
